This is our NickAutomotive Spec-Stage I 2.0 4g63 Wiseco-Eagle EVO shortblock package offers you a solid forged component upgrade over your stock factory parts. Your Evo block will receive the following brand new parts and precision machine services in this Stage 1 build:
*Your empty block is completely degreased
*Main bolt holes are bottom tapped
*Line bore specs are checked w/ARP main studs
*Deck surface is precision machined to a RA50 surface finish or better
*The deck holes are bottom tapped for ARP head studs
*The cylinders are bored and 4 step torque plate honed w/ARP studs
*File fit piston rings per cylinder
*Thoroughly final wash block
*We install a custom Balance Shaft Elimination kit
*Pinfit your new rods & pistons
*All your cleaned block oilers are then installed with new gaskets
*Install new freeze plugs, galley plug and head to deck dowels
*We then assemble your balanced and blue-printed 2.0 shortblock
