Our complete NickAutomotive Spec~Stage III 2.0 4g63 Venolia-Oliver assembled shortblock package for your Evo series 5-9 engine block. Our custom NickAutomotive Spec designed and Venolia built forged pistons are second to none, they are made from the strongest-most durable materials available with this powerful +850whp rated build:
*Your empty block is completely degreased
*Main bolt holes are bottom tapped
*Line bore specs are checked w/ARP main studs
*Deck surface is precision machined to a RA50 surface finish
*The deck holes are bottom tapped for ARP head studs
*The cylinders are bored and 4 step torque plate honed w/ARP Studs
*We then file-fit piston rings per cylinder
*The block is thoroughly final washed
*Your new rods and pistons are then pinfit
*All components are precision balanced as a complete assembly
*The cleaned block oilers are then installed
*New freeze plugs, galley plug and head to block dowels are installed
*The entire balanced and blue-printed shortblock is then assembled
